In office

Lunch time now..Am siting here waiting for my colleague to lunch together. I do not know why I need to force myself to work everyday. The 4th month when I joined this company, I have the intention to ciao but until now, 1 year 7 mths has passed and I am still with this company. Guess the only motivation I have is to take the bonses and leave.

I am sick again. My body seem to be falling apart. Tomorrow I have to go on MC definitely..

Oh, did I tell all of you that working here is like attending English lesson everyday. Received a note sent to the team by my boss today. Here it said:-

Well, noticed that "Comrpises" is spelt wrongly. I wanted to tell her to do her due diligence before she sent out that mail also..Oppss, I better not else she will become MORE motherly...

I am sick

Woke up early morning to visit the doctor. I am falling sick and weak. My body is aching, feeling cold with sore throat..Rejected her mc for tomorrow and told her I will come and get from her if have not recovered as I have system going live on Tuesday.

Finished with my breakfast and Strait times, now it is time for me to rest and sleep. Have a nice day..Ciao

Dog bites

This was the third time I was bitten by dogs this year. First was that crazy giant Giant Schnauzer owned by Oggy' friend and the second and third time was from my uncle's crazy Pomeranian last night.

The first bite was the worst. My finger actually bleeded quite badly that I needed a plaster to stop the blood flowing. The second bite was quite ok, it was a quick and sharp bite with a tiny hole on my finger. The third bite was a long bite which the dog refused to let go. Now my hand was swollen. Sighhh..They are simply crazy and I really doubt that the masters did their due diligence to train them.

Nevertheless, these incidents will not stop me from playing with dogs. I am a dog lover. Well, Oggy is trying to get a free 3 months beagle from a stranger. See how it goes as my dad actually wants that dog..but I am quite worried of the days I need to look after two playful dogs..I knew how it feels because I have been through it few years back. It was a nghtmare ;)

Looking after two dogs can be very tiring but my neighbour next block has actually FIVE dogs. She is one crazy young lady I must say!!

Past Memories of Langkawi

While walking to office in the morning, my thought was full of my past memories of Langkawi..I love the place. Why? Becos of its serenity..

Days there were nice. We stayed in an individual hut resort with japanese style interior..Very cosy place..The good thing was because there is nothing much you can do there, practically we were lacing around, reading novel by the pool, strolling along the beach, listening and dancing crazily along with the european and live band at night. When the night died off, we rushed back to watch our tv programme. We even rent a car and drove around the island in leisure. Thats what simple life is.

It was indeed a sunny, fun and relaxing place..At least a go get away place you should head for because you can hardly see any crowd. Actually few chinese tourist there and 80% was european. Basically few souls here and there..

He was the nicest man I met. You know why? Most importantly, at least he did not bother to wake me up in the morning for breakfast. I can have my beauty sleep. Simply hate to wake up so early in the morning just to catch the breakfast by the beach..Typical behavior I felt...

Idiot phone

Furious furious. I have the best nokia phone in the world. Used for few seconds, it will automatically switch off. This is boiling me big time..Time to source for a new handphone and unfortunately I could not wait until the iPhone launch in Singapore next year..Sob Sob..

Hmm, been thinking which phone to buy. See if starhub is going to give me $150 voucher. I am waiting for their call and my friend actually taught me how to negiotiate with them..Quick, CALL ME

They do not allow me to have some photos back but I silently managed to copy the montage into my thumb drive when I was left alone with the computer. These photo are the originals ones without any "magic" done to them..Naughty girl!!

Anyway, I am not satisfied with these photos. Not what I am seeking for..sigh..Anyway, quality comes with the price you paid, so accept it lah!! Lets see how the actual album looks nice..

Which is the right path??

Thought things can get better now but it don't seem to be. Grandma is hospitalised again and this time she was admitted to SGH. Her heart is swollen now..

Letricia told me today that she felt very pain to see grandma suffer and if she agreed with me to opt out the installation of pace maker in her heart the other time, she would not have suffer now. Well, at that moment, I have asked myself who in this family will not feel painful. I knew I was very cruel when replied to the poll. I opted out the option and told her its not that I do not want grandma to live or I do not love her, but it is really suffering for her to struggle to live. Let her make her choice whether she wanna live on or let go..Well, in the end, majority made the choice to prolong her life..

Everything is so cruel and contradicting. Isn't it? Coming to this stage, I have taken it very calmly and let nature takes it path.

Mentally drained out..I always thought I have all my things planned out in my path but sometimes, they just not going the way I want!!!

Insomnia

I could not manage to sleep well every night. Either my body is rejecting to work or I am stress about work or refuse to do the work I am assigned to. Either one but I definitely not stress about my marriage.

From young, I simply hate to be force to do thing which I never like. Because it is work, I could not reject it but seriously mentally, it is torturing me. No joke to have unpleasant sleep almost every night having the thought of going to work the next morning. I have been counting days to get into a new job and to end the two year contract. Is it worth to scarifice what I have made for mine 4.5 mths of bonus? Well, a good question asked to be argue about!! Endure for another 6 mths or leave now?

Have post my resume to many Australia job search websites today. Shall continue to post the same to Singapore job search website. Shall see which ones come first..

11.30 pm now..Nightmare is coming..No one can help me except myself.

Friend

So relaxing chatting with an old friend, Sam today. It has been while since we left HP and as usual, we usually had good seafood dinner around Singapore. Today I have brought him to a cosy open quiet bar at the east.

Ordered "Gong Gong", Mussels and fried sotong with mocktails. We had catch up alot on each other talking about life. Interestingly, though he is older than me 8 years, but we have no age gap at all. He is the only friend I have whom I can chat with him alots. We usually can chat for hours enjoying ourselves. A real true friend of mine and glad he is doing well as a SAP manager..

Card Designs

I have made some designs. Which is better? Still sourcing for better design.

Sample Invitation cards

Just completed with three samples of my hand made invitation cards. The pictures are not very well taken by my handphone. It is actually green in colour.

(a) Bufferfly sleeve and card. Have not done up the gift tag yet which i do not think it is necessary.

(b)

(c) Pocket sleeve, card. Have not done up the gift tag but it think it is necessary cos it looks quite plain.

Still need improvement to the samples. The white paper is too soft, would require a thicker ones with some simple design background. As for the cover, it is too soft also. Require to look for a thicker paper cos it is actually an art soft piece of paper.

Which is better? Personally I like the first ones...Oh ya, I seriously dun know how to tie a ribbon and had spent alots of time to get it done. Many sweats..

Dropped dead

Manjong session again today..I had defeated three players..:0 Actually have won $140 but because we played small, in the end, the total sum has to divide by two, so only win $70 lor..Nevermid, I am contented seriously.

Dropped dead now. Have to go schooling tomorrow and really hope I can wake up which is unlikely....Hmm, probably i will only go for afternoon session but all depends...Shall make a trip myself to taka tomorrow after school. Need to buy art and craft thingy from Art friends..

Mountain Tortoise

Din know there is such mobile software which allows the filtering of smses to different folder. E.g. if A person sms, the sms will automatically store in A folder, and if B person sms, the sms will automatically store into B folder. Most amazingly is the folder can be hidden and set invisible and only the owner knows how to retrieve it. So, you can place your handphone anywhere and your wife or girlfriend will now know whether you are doing anything fishy outside.

Heard of flash SMS as well. If the sms is sent to the person, once read and closed, it will automatically self destroy..

hmm, it also has the intelligence for you to configure what type of ringtone the person can hear when he/she call you. Eg, if you have lied to your girlfriend that you are overseas, when your gf called, she will hear the overseas ringtone instead...

Sound amazing right!! Perhaps you have known about it, but I definitely didnt know it at all until my friend told me cos he is using that software in his handphone. This guy has basically two girlfriends at the same time and thats explains...:)

The joy of not living together

Let me convey this to a person, "If you think over 30 and single makes you an oddball, wait till you get into a relationship with no plans to wed..". Actually there is no hurry to find a partner, if fate is not here, why force into it? Be happy that you are single (which some of us would envy), cos you get to enjoy what most of us cannot enjoy..You have the whole world of time to find the right ones cos you are man, unlike a woman..If you miss one, wait patiencely for another boat, I am sure there are ample there...Cheerio

Adorable sweetie

Did not manage to get a good shot of her as she simply refuse to take photo. Umi's two years old daughter was sitting next to me the entire night. She is so damn adorable. The first kid who had called me Aunty most in my entire life. I think about 40 times yesterday. She would say "Aunty bao bao", "Aunty bu yao", "Aunty take this for me", "Aunty water", etc..

She does not resemble her mum at all, but hor, she looks like me leh..ha ha..When I brought her out for a walk, i feel like her mummy instead.

Red packet

Jaseline's big day today!! Eh, what to wear for her dinner? I have been digging my wardrobe hoping to find something to wear. Probably I should go with the black plain halter neck dress which I brought from eSprit few years ago.

Simply drained from last night manjong, still need to catch some more sleep. Nightzzz!!

Gambling

The game which I enjoyed most is Manjong. Actually to be accurate, I enjoy gambling or standing around watching games in casino..I am not those who really addicted in gambling, but I simply love the way I use my brain actively analysing statistics. Once in a while, I still visit casino like twice or three times a year. Never change isn't it? Still remembered the old times when I was in those casinos in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. The most interesting ones was in Perth. Those whom were with me would know the story..We could simply gambled the entire night and go straight to school. The best thing was we brush our teeth in school to get ready for class. That were the fun days I never forget in my life!! Still so sweet...

Well, having said that, I am just back from my majong session in the evening. Run some errands after work and followed by 3 round of manjong. Won only $2..ha ha..but i gave it to my friend who lose. Well, just for fun so it does not matter whether I lose or win.
